Users who often work with images know of the problems you get when changing sizes. When you want to amplify a photo it can appear distorted. What happens is that it has lost quality in the process. With Smilla Enlarger this doesn't happen, as it's a free program that lets you change the size of images and keep their original properties.

Smilla Enlarger works both ways: it amplifies and also reduces images. Its use is very simple: open the image with the Browse button and then work with the tools located on the left, which let you amplify or reduce the image gradually. You can also work with selected parts of an image. It includes a powerful zoom for this task.

There is also a button to undo the changes and another for previewing, which also tells you of the size the final image has achieved.
